His Excellency Governor Davis accepts a plaque from Commanding Officer of RFA Argus Captain G.A. Patterson. The Argus was on a three-day visit to Montserrat which was cut short so they could travel to Bermuda ahead of the approaching storm.
The Argus can handle three helicopters at one time.
