MATLHE National Consultation towards Standards Development

The Ministry Agriculture, Trade, Lands, Housing and the Environment (MATLHE) held a national consultation on March 6 at the Montserrat Cultural Centre. The event was held in an effort to gain contributions in order to advance the quality of national and regional products.

The consultation saw a wide cross section of interests including grocery and boutique retailers, agro-processors, artisans and ministry officials from consumer affairs, environmental health, agriculture and trade to name a few.
