Miss Montserrat Sherylene Dyer wins Talent Segment in Culture Pageant

CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – Miss Montserrat Sherylene Dyer wowed the judges and walked away with the top talent segment during the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant 2010.
Miss Dyer competed against nine other delegates in the segments of Swimwear, Talent, Evening Wear, Interview, Amity and Miss Photogenic.
The Miss Caribbean Culture Pageant dubbed “A Touch of Class” is designed to promote friendship, regional integration while showcasing true Caribbean culture, beauty and intelligence.
The other countries that will be represented are Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla, Antigua, St. Marten, St. Croix, Barbados, St. Kitts and host country Nevis.
Miss Dyer is accompanied by Chaperone Deonne Semple and Designer Irene Lee of Kreative Stitch.

Montserrat’s representative used her five minute talent segment to show a different side of the domestic violence story. Although she did not place in the final three, her efforts were quite commendable according to the judges and those watching online.
She will also compete in the Jaycees Caribbean Queen Show in Antigua on Friday.
