Three Bay Concept by Group A

The Government of Montserrat in collaboration with the Department for International Development (DFID) brought 12 international experts in property development, architecture, marketing, and town planners together October 5 to 7, 2011 to make a last ditch push to move the development of the new town proposed for Little Bay forward.
