The Montserrat Diaspora

This Database is the first in a series of initiatives aimed at identifying and mapping the resources, skills and networks of the Montserrat Diaspora.

The Government of Montserrat acknowledges the Diaspora as a critical asset in the redevelopment and reconstruction of the island. In the context of this exercise, Diaspora refers to individuals who live in a country outside of Montserrat but are connected to Montserrat by birth, ancestry, marriage, naturalization or expatriate community.
