PLANS IN PLACE FOR FERRY OPERATIONS TOMORROW- MARCH 7, 2018

The Access Division wishes to inform the public that plans are in place for the Ferry to operate on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from Antigua to Montserrat.

Following a meeting with key agencies and stakeholders, His Excellency, Governor Andrew Pearce has granted approval in principle for the Ferry to disembark in Plymouth, should the sea conditions warrant it.

Therefore, travelers are advised that check-in will begin at 6:00a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday March 7, at the Ferry Terminal in Heritage Quay, Antigua. The Ferry is scheduled to depart Antigua by 9:00a.m.

An assessment of sea conditions will be conducted tomorrow (Wednesday) morning and a decision will be made on whether or not the Ferry will disembark at Port Little Bay or the Plymouth Jetty.

The Access Division thanks all for their understanding and cooperation as it works to ensure arrangements are in place for travelers.
