The Ministry utilizes its services and programmes to enhance the well-being of the population by creating social integration, well-being and national identity.

Students will possess the values, attitudes and behaviours which will enable them to choose healthy and fulfilled lives; make a positive contribution to society and national development; and adapt to a constantly changing local and global environment.
