On June 5, 2020, the Ministry of Education released guidelines outlining how schools will operate given the challenges posed by COVID-19.
Public schools on Montserrat will begin a phased reopening process on Tuesday June 9, as operations will resume at the Montserrat Secondary School, and the Brades and Look Out Primary Schools for select forms and classes.
At the MSS only 3rd to 5th form students will be taught on the campus, and only grades 6 and 4 at the school compounds at the Primary level. All other students are being taught using online learning platforms.
